Adrienne and Ernesto, or Adi and Neto (forgive any possible misspelling), are quickly approaching their wedding. When I first met with them Adrienne was very intrigued by the engagement session, Ernesto was, but less so.
Men, I believe, have a fear of the posed portrait sessions. They somehow sense all of the smiling, and cuddling that will be required.
Of course I explained that there are several choices, one a place of their choosing that has special meaning, and or urban or rural. I then pitched them an idea that’s been running through my brain for a while. It was a rural theme though, and Ernesto thought they were more urban.
Hrm.
I didn’t have an urban theme any longer, I had kind of run out, that was until I was driving through San Francisco and saw a section of the Moscone Center that I just totally wanted to break into. Later that day I road the Caltrain and further expanded on the theme. Ernesto and Adrienne loved the idea, and so, voila.
Enjoy the creative enhancements I did to the photos below. Also make sure to click on the slideshow below. This particular session I had TONS of ideas, so there’s some really cute sequences of Ernesto jumping, and Adrienne playing around.
